That's the one - in fact, that Velospace pic is the actual frame I'm riding. Affinity occasionally sell on eBay, but I don't know if they ship internationally - shoot them an email and ask.
Alternatively, if you're feeling flush, you could contact the guys at njsframes-blogspot.com about a custom Ocean frame, as they do offer the sloping top-tube option:

If it helps, mine is a 60st by 60tt and fits about the same as a 58st by 58tt, due to the slope. The st length isn't such an issue, because I just don't put my saddle up as high.
