not really, as the whole point of GI is to be able to compare gears among different wheels sizes, the 700 one will be even lower, i would guess at around 70gi for 52/19

I was assuming he'd decided on 44/16 by trying it on his normal bike (presumably with 700c). By relative, I meant the wheel size is academic if they're the same.
