right now I'm quite perky, after the southend jaunt so I'm at about 90%, but I'm going to do this geared as the bb on the fixed was making an awful noise on the way to southend, and want to pull it out, clean it to within an inch of its life, lube it up and pop it back in before I ride on it again.
