  • That's hacked2 - he posts on here - PM him for info.

  • angelfire is just the name of the place that provides the webspace...

  • they've got some interesting cranksets on those bikes. (disclaimer: I'm not insulting them, i've just never seen them before)
Also where do they find so many identical bullhorns?

  • I thought hacked2 was all about the chain-handlebar-tape hip=hop slavery.. ;-)
tynan is obviously all-seeing all-knowing.. with a good memory.

  • i think its hacked(2)'s mate dani2kuk. also on the forum.

  • I bought the blue Eddy Merckx from these guys and am very happy with it - took it for a spin up to Oxford from Hackney and it held out pretty well and was a pleasure to ride, though there was a bit of rattling and looseness by the end of the jaunt.
The components on the bikes they sell are generally very basic (though I was sorted with a better saddle when I bought the bike). I was told the Merckx was good to convert to a fixie with a simple change of cog which wasn't actually true (a mistake rather than a lie), but Dani's offered to sort me out with a fixed wheel next time his mate's in town for free. It seems like a good way to get on the road with an affordable single-speed and build up the quality of the components as finances allow...
The other guy runs a bike shop in Portsmouth or somewhere which is where I believe he gets the frames and parts from.
From my point of view Dani's a sound, honest man so get in touch and see what they have. I think they get a new delivery in every couple of weeks or so.

  • The first bike on that page is my bike's long lost brother.

  • your bike looks like my new BJ's little brother, except that I have blue scars on my face instead of your bars/rims.

  • wasnt that the guy/s that got slated last time,
    ss no back brake ?
or am i mixing it up with someone ?

such as only got a back brake ....

  • I thought hacked2 was all about the chain-handlebar-tape hip=hop slavery.. ;-)

Ahhh ha ................. I am a hip=hop slave then ............. possibly once, but I am evolving

Look out for the fixed Track range in a few weeks with DP18 rims and risers and ...........
MATCHING GRIPS AND SADDLES >>>Hee Hee

  • I really liked this one .............

  • they have little to no mechanical knowledge, they needed scot to tell them how brake levers work, don't buy their crap.

I'm honest, so sue me (again)

  • Fair do's mate
I would be as pissed with life too if I had to look at that face in the mirror

You slag me off whenever it gets too much for you --

    Jeeez you are fukcnig ugly

  • Danis heart is in the right place i think, but he shrewdly resprays old frames in bright colours, adds coloured tires and on the surface it looks desirable. On closer inspection the brakes, handlebar, wheels etc belong to another era-iron age.I feel stupid for forking 320 quid for what was essentially a bodged job, cheap crap with tinsel on.I would have payed 50 if id payed attention.

  • I got one of his bikes, and so far so good. It's true that the components are very basic.. but it's been a very solid bike so far. Plus Dani is a good guy, he is always happy to help..
