Wanted: Cheap wheels or advice

Anyone got any cheapo wheels they'd like to get rid off?
I'm trying to sort out my boyfriend's bike and he is running a suicide hub which I'm not happy about.
If not, any idea what would be the very cheapest hubs and rims I could buy? Well, at least the very cheapest but not completely useless...
He has no money at the mo so its looking like I'm paying!

might wanna buy some cheap spokes too, otherwise even the mighty dogsballs might have trouble lacing the wheel.
