Your size ratio looks good for the second one, but a bit out of whack on RJM's. I would advise something like S 10, M 35, L 20, XL 10.

Or even better, get orders in now & print to that ratio with 10% on top.

I do this for a living to, and totally agree with you villa-ru.

'Pre-booking' is the way to go. Get them orders in first then do the production run, especially as this is to go to the cost of the forum. You don't want to be left with a load of tees in sizes that no one wants.
