When skateboard companies faced this problem in the mid 90s Ed Templeton wrote an article about how the low print runs meant that by the time the 'cease and desist' letter had come from the affected party's lawyer the deck was old news and replaced by another offended party finding out about their copywrite being infringed. I don't think we represent a big enough opportunity for a letigious ex-rocker to target. However, I take on board your comments about originality.
However, the thought behind the CBGB tshirt was only ever in the subversion of an iconic white on black t shirt and 'in-joke'-ness of using all the acronyms.
