Was a really fun ride.
A really good turn out, even though that the majority of people there were non FGSS members.
To be honest i wasn't really expecting the brompton brigade of commuters and family riders... but thats what made it so great, a real nice mix of people. -

nice one tommy, who are that handsome pair heh!
good little tribute to the man the legend that is sheldon. good to hook up with a weird wheeled lot from other forums. and massive respect to the guy with the sound system who had rode in from canary wharf before hand trailing that 1000kg of woof. no wonder he was only in a t-shirt when we were all wrapped up to the nines.

Hi all, really enjoyable ride yesterday and thanks for making me feel welcome, I had a great time riding and having a beer and a chat. Hope I wasn't the poser at the front Shinscar, a bit concerned.. no posing going on over here, cold like everyone else, but I was at the front round Aldgate..!

Hi all,
yep, Graeme here, (black '06 Langster w. red forks), lurking no more now I've reset my account,
Really glad I came along on Sunday, not least to ride to remember the great man, but to meet LFGSS and see some lovely steeds. Thanks for making me feel welcome, it was great to see a spectrum of riders, bikes and styles. I'll hopefully make more of the rides and events in future - I'll defo be down at the Paris-Roubaix this weekend and then the Roller Race the weekend after.
Cheers!

Has anyone still got any of those "Sheldon Brown is my co-pilot" stickers ?
Sold my bike with the original on from the ride and would like another.
