As far as our relationship with the forums goes, I think we'll be okay. We're all pretty young (I'm the youngest at 25) and we're all veterans of internet forum stupidity. I think we'll be able to cope with whatever might come up. Hopefully without involving lawyers. Of course, we'd much rather any dissatisfied customers let us know personally before they air out the proverbial dirty laundry. In my experience, a lot of the situations spiral out of control when people complain about a company without giving the company a chance to reasonably address any problems.
