+1, resprays should only be for endangered frames, i.e. rust so bad that leaving it as is may risk the structural integrity. at least half of a bikes character is in it's paint, leave it be!

yeah doesn't look that bad. i'd clean it up with polish to get the surface rust off and touch-up (should be easy with basic flat yellow).

respray in same style inc transfers £150 at mercian.

frame as it stands £150-170 ebay. if fully renovated maybe £200-240.

looks like a mid to late 50's frame
