oh just the usual, fell off, broke spoke, twisted things, landed on knee, topped up bruises. you know, I ought to give up riding bikes, I'm quite obviously useless at it. Or maybe I should HTFU and stop being defeatist! Am grumpy because I trash my bike (and my body) a little bit more every week (nay: day) and soon I'm just going to have a crumpled bit of tubing to push along. :(

yeah, i've been to most of the south polo nights and have been 'stabbed up' with a 'stanly knife' only the one time.. wtf?

someone called aidain needs to get a life though.

stelle - you shouldn't ride clipped in during polio, that's my one piece of advice.
