Hey,
I'd really like to get involved as well! Moving to Hackney imminently and have 2 frames that need building. Kiwi Paul built my first one, but i would really like to be able to put something together myself. I was gonna ask if there's a drop-in workshop or anything east, could this be the answer?
Do you guys know of any classes to learn more about putting bikes together?
They were handing out cards for www.cycletraining.co.uk at CM yesterday. Not sure if it's any good. If you're in Ealing they say you can do the course for 5 quid (rather than 60).

do you reckon it's worth spending £300 on getting an old reynolds bike converted to a SS/fixed. needs wheels, drop bars, cranks...etc or is it worth poss buying one from new/ebay?
