For Sale: Raleigh? 531 track frame £160

Hi doggs, im in south ken with cash, 1 question, at 5'6'' - inside leg 30cm, do u think this would be too big? I already ride a 54cm raleigh racer converted to singlespeed.

can come over and check it out no problems, i'm at Imperial. will pull the wheels of my bike and put it in this. might be ok, due to the shortish seat tube.
