The thumbnails are good. They're your friend.

Anyone wanting the larger picture click the image... and lots of people do that.

But if you've seen the thread once before and just want to see what people are saying, do you really want to download every picture on the page again? Nope, especially if you're on a slow connection.

So the thumbnail gives people choice and makes the whole forum faster for everyone.

    They're good... keep them.

Though if you want to circumvent them you certainly can, but anyone on a small screen (mobile? iphone?) or slow connection is going to hate you for it.

  • That's a purrrdy bike!

  • Finished!

come out good. why not run a white rubino on the rear instead of gatorskin, both equally as soft and offer similar puncture protection.

  • very nice mate.

but need the streamers as well! ;)

  • Pistanator, saw you on this this morning turning right into Grays Inn Road. Bike looks nice, super clean...

  • No lock?! Are you mad, stupid or all three?

  • Sweet whip Mr Pistanator, I want it! :)

  • Nice and simple. Pleased you didn't go OTT.

  • Nice one dude - glad to see it looking classy. You should get a lock ASAP, even if you don't plan to lock the bike anywhere you might have to if you have an accident/puncture/etc and need to leave the bike for some unplanned reason.

  • Pistanator - I've two kryptonite locks on me today if you want to bring it to the trinity. That said, you'd need to put the bike somewhere, find us in the pub, identify someone you've never met before and then ask them to borrow a lock. That may not work. But the weather's quite sunny, so i don't see why we can't sit outside and admire trinity square.

Besides, if I lock up your bike, I can "borrow" it for a ride round the square whilst you're buying pork based bar snacks.

  • I'm in limbo so would be nice if I could borrow someone's lock or lock it to theirs - of course you could then have a go and pull a few wheelies round the square :-)
    Pork based snacks, MMMMmmmmmmm
The reason I don't have a lock is that I never leave a bike where I can't see it, no matter if the bike costs £10 or £1,000, just my thing. May sound silly to some but I'd rather hold it or have it in range.
    John(Momentum) get your point, noted.
