The guy in Italy just sent me some more pics of another frame he's got. This one is a low pro frame, he didn't mention the make and I can't make it out from the images but it looks in good condition.

Anyone recognize the frame make? It looks like it says 'Power Black' to me on the top tube?
Its got a Campy Record BB and a gipiemme headset.
He wants €250 for everything aside from the wheels!!

Nice frames, although I don,t think they're a huge bargain. The Colnago's a great frame, but it's pretty beaten for a £300 bike. Lo-pros look great but they're completely impactical
