Well, you could get a professional fitting down at Cycle Fit: http://www.cyclefit.co.uk/
It's not cheap though, and if you intend your bike to be dirt cheap you could well end up spending more on the fitting than the bike.
I've had one done there before, when I had a custom bike made. I'm getting another custom bike this year so am booked in again. It is worth it, but until you've had a professional fitting the money is undoubtedly one hell of a put-off.
