I will guess that this is for a fixed gear bike (?) - then 165mm might be a good choice as you cannot level your cranks when you corner (the drivetrain will keep the cranks rotating) so 165mm might help you keep the cranks (pedals/shoes) from making contact with the ground.
But that is just a very wild guess as you have not told us what you are planning to do with these cranks.
