Hi, new here.
Try these guys, they're doing the same camera with a 2GB card, batteries and delivery for a ton, which is a bargain. I'm looking at one myself, would be great to get video evidence of some of the better drivers on the roads!

Hey FixAxioN, sorry I missed this one, I didn't subscribe to the thread.
I haven't had the cash to get one recently due to my Bob Jackson build (nearly finished) and holidays sucking all my readies away :) I am still keen though, I will definitely get one when money allows. It would be awesome for more than just my bike too it seems, could see that getting some sweet footage missioning about on my snowboard this winter.
Have you checked out the footage available on the Oregon Scientific website at all? It's pretty decent quality for what it is, sound is rubbish of course but then what can you expect from a camera that small and cheap. I reckon most peeps would be adding their own backing tracks etc although it could be useful to have the sound if you need crash evidence, or whatever, later on.

This looks like a damn fine camera, and it's cheap, and you can get a waterproof jacket for it.

Plus it's fully solid state so there are no moving parts.
30 or 60 minutes recording time, and ready to be uploaded straight to Vimeo.

or use a nokia series60 phone (i have an n73 and it works nicely) and get an account at http://www.qik.com and you can stream video live to the intarwebz. people can watch you nailing gaps between bendy buses and wiping out on the front of a minicab in realtime!
still in limited-user alpha, but you can get account if you apply.
attaching your phone to the bike is another matter...

Bah humbug to fancy camera brackets. A bit of gaffer and your camera phone. Lets role. Although the quality is pretty sloppy in comparison to a video camera. But it is easy, cheap & fun and you can watch yourself face plant dirt in Epping forest. Ha ha

those cameras don't look that much better than the cheap digital things you can get on ebay.
they just put a strap on it!£20 ebay cam and a roll of gaffa is blatantly the way to go!

that reminds meof this cool youtube vid i stumbled upon.
"Super-8 camera strapped to bicycle, single frame triggered on each rotation of the front wheel. See if you can spot Soho Square, Oxford St, Regent St, Trafalgar Square all in late 1980s."
http://uk.youtube.com/watch?v=tm7FSMlNe4Ilove the music!

Hey guys,
I've just come accross this camera thing that you can attach on the helmet/arm/handlebars to take videos while riding in London.
What do you guys use to take videos with having both hands on the bars? :O Anyone used this before?
