Ooh, my dad just picked up a Merlin track frame just like this one. They were made by Bob Jackson, but i guess most of you knew that already?! Very nice.

i'm riding an early 80s holdsworth racer conversion at the moment. i really like it, clearances are pretty tight and it gives a nice position, but the geometry will be different on the touring model. it's 531 as well. i think the company changed ownership at some point as well, there's a bit of info if you google it.

the geometry on that shouldn't be too slack (unless it's 27"), it's not a tourer...notice lack of any drillings for front or rear racks?
