fixie you say?
-

Yep, for my fixie. I tried my mates out on his road bike and they were not as easy to get out of as my looks, so have decided to stick with my looks. They would just take a bit of getting used to I reckon, but they are not for me.
They are essentially a very early clipless pedal and the design has remained the same for many many years, so someone may be interested?

it says there £200 on that website
also how do u get out ?
i dont get it -

On that website they are £200, but it is an expensive website, I only paid £60 for mine.
To get out, you lift your foot straight up, to get in you push straight down, its just strange when you are used to twisting to get out of pedals like looks or SPDs.

does your foot ever come out when u pull up on the pedals cycling along though ?
or does it take more force than u would normaly pull up with

When I had a go, my foot definitely did not come out, it does take more force to get out of them than you would normally pull up with.
As I said, I really like the minalist design of them, but I have been riding look style pedals for over 10 years, old habits die hard I guess.

oh yea they look better than eggbeaters
but for me im gonna stick with spd's, twist is habit

I was tempted by these, but having just swapped my Speedplays for M2 Racer Orbs, I'm going to show a rare measure of self control and resist, but I reserve the right to change my mind later :)

Sorry to resurrect this post from the grave, but are these pedals still available?
I have a brand new pair of aerolite pedals I was gonna use on my fixie, but have gone with my Looks. Brand new in box, same as these, but black pedals and red cleats.
