The Langster is measured by a virtual top tube, it's compact sloping top tube so just standing over it will not give you the correct frame measurement.......
Measure your inseam and multiply it by 0.883, that will give you the exact seat height you need, on the bike it should be measured from the bottom bracket centre to the top of the seat.
Everybody has a different way to set a bike up, the measured way is the best as a starter for ten without spending any money.....
