I've washed the hat a couple of times before on low with no problem. This time i washed it with a non colour-fast laptop case and a white shirt at hight temperature because i wanted to dye the shirt (because my monopoly costume dyed it more or less every colour under the sun).
didn't realise i'd put the hat in there... i think it was inside the laptop bag (don't ask why)...
Result: 1 ruined cap, one clean laptop bag, one grey-pink shirt. :)
