haha chris... it's funny how people seem to think that wearing a helmet (incorrectly) and a fluorescent jacket gives them the right to not actually look where they're going. One lady did something similar to me, stuck out her hand then just lazily drifted straight across my path, i gave a yelp of terror and she looked at me as if i'd done something wrong!! God help her.. i can't believe people like this aren't getting run over left right and center.
