Get your Morden cranks here...

  • Are the MORDEN cranks nice was thinking more like Sugino 75's. Dont have funds to keep 2 women on the go. But it will get sorted in near future.

  • Picked up the frame in Oct from Fort U.S.A for £160 with p+p back to U.K. it was £185. I've seen the frame in U.K. and Holland for £320 both with and without the fork. Does not compute.

  • There's my bike in it's natural environment.

My face hasn't changed since the last time I posted it.

Great big IRO Mark V with Miche cranks and hubs, DT Swiss rims. It's a hardy beast. No matter how many times I crash it, it can take it.

  • those dt swiss rims look nice with the decals off.

  • JOL
skoota
BringMeMyFix It looks like it belongs to the gay world pursuit champion.

I hope the repair stand isn't really your bike's natural environment...

  • AND you're wearing sunglasses at night!! Jesus you're a crazy one :)

  • No, no... it lives in the shed you see!

  • Ah.

Mine lives in my living room.

Speaking of which, not sure I've posted a picture of my new bike to the London forums, so here she is:

1974 Gitane Track (the heavy one!) with a mish-mash of componentry. She's a little rough around the edges, but great fun to ride. Geometry's twitchier than a crackhead the day before the dole cheque arrives, but I quite like that. I'm running Tufo tubular clincher tyres, which give a surprisingly nice ride.

Unless you're trying to make your bike into a ghetto dented abused thing I have to concur with Dogs.

am i stoned or are these fotos, very odd in too many ways to describe. I actually think only tynan/wheels might be able to critique them with the proper vocabulary.

  • Yeah, they're just a couple of other people's pictures that happened to be floating around the SF forum - I'm not really into taking pictures of my own bike for the purposes of showing off it's dubious charms. I mean, I love the damn thing, but it's not exactly bike porn, is it?

I'm curious - other than not really showing the bike off - what's odd about them? (that's a genuine question, not a 'what's your problem'?, by the way)

  • aidan
aidan i like that you put your bike in your bed...i sleep with my cougar MEAWOO!

    there she is.
is that you bike aidan? it's really nice :)
