this is an interesting situation, I am surprised you have got his details...well, you could write the letters complaining about how the police are not following up the case etc or you could go down the revenge route and take it out on his car...little is likely to come of the letter writing, but then revenge could get you into trouble...and what fakenger said about revenge is worth noting
I know what I would be sorely tempted to do, but I would prolly pussy out...
