Try ServicePoint. They have a couple places around central. Tottenham Court Road is 24hr and William Road near Euston is the biggest branch. Print quality is really top class, i get all my blueprints and plans done there. they also do things rapido!

Thanks for the tips on this guys - I knew LFGSS would be the best source of information!
runcible rakan Can we come J?
It's in Finnish Lapland, about 200 miles north of the Arctic Circle. Anyone who rides there is welcome to come! It's going to be pretty much 24 hour daylight so there's plenty of time each day.

I just printed out my wedding invitiations too - my fiancee's a graphic designer who specialises in print, and she decided that the photo printer was good enough - actually come out beautiful if you buy nice paper and print on top photo quality - saved us a couple hundred quid too...
Only problem is we both have the handwriting of a 9 year old, so it looks nice til people see their name in a spidery scrawl in the middle of the nice design... -

i am a printer, but not really the small run stuff you are asking for, we always farm out to specialist companies, who do invites, all day long. sowwy.

if you want high quality on special paper etc you should consider offset rather than digital. Its a very low print run so there might be no point but if your card is two colour only (pantone spot colours) and you put all the various other bits (thank u cards, table cards, way description, etc) on the same printing sheet and in the same colour it may work out at almost the same price. The printer I always use are Oldacres in Hatton Garden but there are other decent offset printers around as well. Whisper me if you need help.
I need to get some wedding invitations printed. I've got the artwork but am hoping that one of the many art/design/media type people on here could point me towards a printer that can do a classy job of printing them for me. Got a few different bits and pieces to do (invitations, extra information etc) but there's only gonna be about 100 of each.
Ideally it would be a place that can do them within a couple of weeks and is fairly central.
