depends where u live though
i live (when at home) maybe 45 mins decent ride from them
so by car its no problem
never had bad service there, in person talking/ buying from them direct
whole family rides them now and in past nothing ever gone wrong
however i have heard stories of their mail/internet service not as good and small defects etc etc
cant say either way for that though
other than that ... jealous !! even though my current is only 6 months old haha
and sucks u cant top it up, seems a bit self defeating in some ways
