i strike faster then bad journalism on the new/old subculture.
if you want a really cheapo rear your locking at a formula hub (around 30ish new) open sport (they are cheaper then pros right, i get confused) 36 spokes, plain gauge if you dont care about ride quality, dubble butted if you do, and around 25-30 quid in labor if you get some one on here to bulid it for you... i woudnt go for any rims cheaper then the open pro/sport.
ebay is your best bet.

Wasn't someone selling a dura ace rear for £50 recently? Or did he sell it? I remember saying that i'd buy it if no one else did. You get first dibs though ballard if it's still floating about, as I have neither any use for it nor £50 to buy it with.

Realy in need of a prety cheap fixed rear wheel (only have £70 max) my wheel building skills are crap so can,t be asked to get a hub.
