If her insurance is picking up the bill it might be easiest to get the condor percorso because then it'll all come on one bill. I understand that they can change anything out for you so long as they can get it. Just get a maxed out percorso and send her the bill would be my initial thinking instead of having to get a mountain of receipts to her.
