we're at the forefront of whatever, the rest of Europe will catch up soon enough.
people that move away to places like Spain and say "England's gone down the pan" are in for a terrible shock.
it can go either way, maybe we'll come out of this cycle of class division and find a modern utopia, maybe we'll carry on fucking the place up.
whatever happens, the rest of the civilised world with either wish they were here, or be in the same filthy boat.
