  • Hmmmmmmmmm...

    I've got a 250mm Thomson seatpost (27.2/setback version). For the correct saddle height, it would be inserted 75mm (10mm more than the post's minimum insertion).

    This would place the bottom of the seatpost JUST level with the bottom of the top tube, ie. flirting dangerously with "tynan's line".

    I'm between 62 and 64kg usually. Whaddya reckon? Fine and dandy, or frame abuse?

    (annoyingly, the next size up in the same seatpost - 330mm - might not insert enough due to the bend in the post)
