Slack what's the easiest way to measure cadence then?
I work them out in advance - gear inches divided by 336, multiplied by cadence equals your speed.
eg. 39x23 (x26.4" wheel (700c)) = 44.76" /336 = 0.133
Therefore cadence of 100 is 13.3mph, so cadence of 200 is 26.6mph, etc
