No shit, the other night I saw a guy bolting down Clapham highstreet with a full neon kit under his bike. And those firefly lights on his wheels.

I've seen 'em.....I've got one on my Sinclair c5 conversion....
I also saw those ridiculous spinning wheel covers (that twats in beemers have)....on bicycles in Florida last time I was there.....only available small wheel I think.

A friend of mine knocked up a neon lighting rig for his bike with a couple of neon tubes from Maplins (or Halfords, I forget) and a bunch of batteries.
Anyone seen these around yet? I'd say they'll be the new arrospok :) Ha!
