yofixie check out moving target forum, its a wealth of knowledge from the proffessionals.
Its tough and badly paid, do lots of research before you jump in, especially with how much it costs to live in london. Having said that it is a lovely job in many respects. Just don't expect to make any decent wages for quite a while.
