that whole "snowboarding is middleclass" arguement is old as fuck. how many bikes do you own, rpm? and how much do you think you've spent on them? im from vancouver; if you skated, you snowboarded. we used to take public transport up to one of the local mountains. i miss that. i know lots of guys here in london though who save up for a weeks snowboarding a year and do it on the cheap. you don't have to do it at your private chalet in st moritz, wearing a fur coat.
