This bunch of jokers who are selling singlespeeds with no rear brakes have already been reported to Gumtree who have not yet got their act together to bar them. It is not a matter of them fleecing hipsters but much more fundamental than that, it is a case that they may be trading unsafe goods.
We all know the caveat emptor shit but that doesn't count when you are a business.
