It looks like your frame has vertical rear drop outs which will mean you can't tension your change by moving the wheel backwards or forwards. The easiest solution is to buy a White Industries Eno hub which has an eccentric axle which allows tensioning in the drop outs.
Added: which means lots of €$£ dorras as they are not cheap.
