I imagine I couldn't get my chain tension and wheel centred having the wheel resting on the ground, though I've never even tried.

villa-ru Bah. My dads' only about 5'9". He's not gonna beat up many people. My Father-in-law was 6'4" though, so he would've been in the mix. Before he died.
Looks like I'm on my own out there...
Now you see my Father in Law is 5'9" - but he does Kendo and Fencing making him potentially more dangerous than my Dad. But in this debate, size is more important than danger.
