There's bike polo at 1pm at Brick Lane, so we are thinking of kicking off some preliminary bits of fun after 7pm.
Schedule:
(1pm: Bike Polo at Brick Lane)
7pm: Introduction to skills with one or more of: trackstand competition?, skid competition?, game of F.I.X.E.D.?
9pm: Doors officially open downstairs, come in and drink yourself silly and party like crazy buggers
That's a late license, and it's Easter Monday so you have the day off work and no excuse.
The pub has a kitchen, and I'll get a menu of what will be on sale... if there are any requests for vegan stuff or things like that, let me know and I'll ask them if it's possible.
There will be DJ slots available... if you're interested let us know (whisper) the type of music you play and what equipment you'd need (if any).
The whole thing is an enormous social. You don't need to have met people before, you don't need to have done any 60 mile rides, you don't need to even know how to skid... just come along and meet other people and look back at one crazy year of this forum being around and the stuff that has happened in that time.
This is the deal:
We've got a venue, it's called the Slaughtered Lamb in Clerkenwell.

We've booked the basement for EASTER SUNDAY.
