Julietty, you can fit a harry but you need to set about the inside of the clamp with a 10 or 13 mm parallel round file. Using your skill and judgement, start whittling away at the two obvious contact points which are preventing clamp closure, then generally enlarge the radius slightly. You would probably have to take a radgie on it to render it useless, and after all, they only cost a fiver. I might have had to fit a 10mm longer clamp bolt to span the gap, but it's on and working.
