• Hello here is my Dad he wants to introduce himself to the forum

He told me Mash called him up for tips, and they stole everything he had without even giving him credit!

• Why front and rear brakes?

• Ha, that's ace!

• Your dad has some mad skills. I also like is fonz impersonation.

• Roberto £€$ Why front and rear brakes?

Singlespeed

• the more the merrier roberto!

• hippy
Roberto £€$ Why front and rear brakes?

Singlespeed
In San Francisco, United States, the kids ride singlespeed AND brakeless - there is even a film to prove that!

• And also colour coordinating with the stalls AND the truck.

Mad wicked dope.

• And wear their hats the wrong way.. HARDCORE.

• do they like cherry ripes and milo though?!? :p

• Its pretty tough colour co-ordinating yourself with the environment. I have to carry 4 spare deep Vs and 14 changes of clothes just for my daily commute!

• btw I asked my dad on his view on Arrospok n he told me to stay away from those plastic rubbish wheels!

• your dad is the head priest of the anti-arrospok cult?

shamefully, I admit to having this album and the t-shirt with that on. I was probably 16 years old.

Don't piss on my underprivileged childhood, Rob.

oh, yeah - going to see them tonight, too :p

• Never heard of 'em. My first CD was Thunderstruck by AC/DC.
I'm sure you all wanted to know that.

• first "CD" !

first music I bought was on cassette (I never could afford a record player)

• My dad is bigger than your dad.

MIne was Highway to Hell, you can' tbeat a bit of Bon Scott.

• My dad, unfortunately, is dead. If it hadn't been for him, 1) I wouldn't be here and 2) I probably wouldn't have got as exited by bicycles as I do.
He was a member of the BLRC, and later in life worked for Ron Kitching (building Beryl Burton's bikes for a while).
I've a lot to thank him for.

(he was 6'5'' as well). Is this a my dad is bigger than your dad thread?

• My Dad is bigger than your Dad, just not vertically. Gym junkie.

If you're talking about cassettes RPM then it'd be some rock compilation I can't remember.
I do know I used to own Motley Crew's Dr. Feelgood, because I sold it to a second-hand shop out of embarrassment some years later.

didn't now the cassette player was invented back then :p

• my dad used to turn the bike upside down to perform any bike repair. no matter what. it made it official somehow.

• Damn.. my Dad's only 6"4. Still, he'd beat all of your Dads up.
