hi, i saw there were quite a number of people looing for rooms at the moment, hence why posting this separately. the flat is an ex-local authority place - very big double room with built in wardrobes available, space in the flat for bike(s), big communal area. there's gas central heating, new bathroom and kitchen (including dishwasher, washing machine, fridge/freezer) and a balcony - smoking outside (mostly!).
