Red Ken's done some decent stuff since more Greens got on the LA and pressed him to do shit, but the first two years of more buses and banning pigeons hasn't done anyone any favours.
Unless you are a vermin controller or wannabe bus driver.
They pollute like fuck, cause congestion, and they seem to drive around nigh-on empty all day.
either put them on busy routes or get the cunts off the roads.
and that's just the drivers.
it's a small comfort , but David Guedier's family and friends have our support and wishes.

Spot on RPM, just had battles with 3 of the cunts on the way home tonight. Buses, not pigeons! ;-)
A nice big flemmy greeny on the side of the window always seems to do the trick. Even better now the Summer's on its way, they normally have the window down too

eek watch out buddy they carry swabs to take samples, because thats the number one assault on drivers - a snottery chewed bit of phlegm in the face! just incase you get pulled for jumping a red and end up down the nick, they take a swab and do you for 13 accounts of assault on TFL drivers! :s -

I got one a beauty the other week.
I was on the pavement, bike on curb/road while chatting on mobile then some arse driver stopped right next to me. I looked behind me to see if I was at a stop and I wasn't so I carried on chatting then he started shouting for me to move, WTF!?! He had absolutely no reason to stop, he could have kept going, prick was an obsolute cunt so I hung up, we had a show of wanker signs to each other and then the prick drove off. So of course I caught him and got him at the next stop, straight through window on his boat!! I even tapped him so he could turn round as he was facing away when I caught him up....
Not good I know but I felt ace! -

+1 Keep your eyes open and allways predict the worst scenerio when looking around you, as a loooooong term biker (as in motor) i've allways riden expecting that the person in the car ahead/in the side road/waiting to turn at the lights etc etc is dumb and hasn't/won't see you therefore expect the worse, plan ahead and quickly... works for me anyway when riding hard, on a bike that is (powered or not) :)

We are in trouble out there but for fucks sake don't gob on anyone! Thats one of the most inhumane things you could ever do and that bus driver hates cyclists for life now, that fucking disgusting, totally drops it below. Some fucking hoody did that to me for no reason, gobbed in my face in the street and if i'd caught him ... my mind was homicidal, there is just no way thats justified! Cause the guy gave you a wnaker sign? Thats great i'm glad that your out there seeking justice on behalf of cyclists!
When the bus cunts do something stupid, tell them they are being frightening, that they could have killed you, cite any one of the incidents on here where b/drivers have killed cyclists, get them to understand. I find it useful (if you want to be dramatic) to start throwing yourself loudly against the bus, whilst screaming can you feel how hard that is? Causes a major incident and scares the living shit out of them, but for fuxs sake don't gob on anyone.
I had a bendy bus driver nearly kill me, because he was watching very carfeully some dick on a fold up, he didnt see us both, i thought he should have, but he didnt and was watching a cyclist. If i had gobbed on him, we would have lost him to the general majority of wanker drivers that populate his staff room, but i had a calm chat with him. He explained he was watching that lady and pointed her out, i told him i appreciated that but there are other road users too. He's probably been working all day, and it is his job to see everything but, he was a genuinely nice guy who'd made a mistake and we both smiled and told each other to look after each other, what use it it being right when your dead. Could have turned nasty but i opened the chatting with a gentle hand on his arm and an excuse me.
We have to stop marauding around thinking we are right, even if we are and 'punishing' all and sundry for not thinking as quickly as us and seeing as much on the road as us and riding environmentally friendly machines. We are right! most of the time, but you don't have to be nasty about it and gobbing in the face is completely out of order.
