badtmy Right, back on topic!!

I got a message this morning from the guy who started the "I swerve at cyclists" group:

"yeh i guess, ive instructed all to leave the group for legal reasons cos i dont want anyone getting into trouble cos theyve taken it all too far, we were all just a bunch of annoyed people and i take responsibility. yes they have right to be on the road, but there is no need to take up entire lanes or run red lights as they do every morning.

im not shifting blame, i dont care if everyone has a whinge at me, it just was not a serious cult of homicidal bike haters. if you look around on facebook there is some far more disturbing groups than the one i started."

Woo Hoo, I personally think that is a great result. In my fantasises that is precisely the conversation, and resultant backpedalling, that I would have with every mother fucker who shouts at me or cuts me up or gets annoyed that I am on using the road, accoridng to the rules of law.
