What Would "be" the Right Size Track Frame for Me?

MrSmith 34" inside leg, is that a bit short for your height?
i'm 6ft1 and ride a 56(semi compact) as i need the standover but have a 120mm stem and layback post so maybe a 59 will be o.k. with a long stem?

Cheers guys, and yes, short legs and long body. Now I just have to wrestle with my budget/guilt.
