Can't help but I would go wit hone of the new Cetma front racks. The new ones are lighter than the old ones and get better reviews that the Paul rack.

Hey, thanks much for contacting me. I do occasionally ship racks to UK. Since shipping costs can be expensive, it's a good idea to order in quantity to save money.
It costs roughly $35 to ship one 5-rail CETMArack (5 pounds total) to the UK, and takes 6-10 days to arrive.
$55 to ship two.
$70 to ship three.
$85 to ship four.
$100 to ship five.
