Just to let anyone who might be interested I have just sold the Canondale so thanks for all the interest. If the sale falls through I post it back up. The shimano levers are still going though, looks like it might be a lunchtime on ebay.
Thanks again

gabes hi mate, i took a closer look at the frame, and it's not coated at all, so I gave it a polish with some autosol, and it came up SWEET. I also found a cannondale vintage site, and dated the frame to '94...
wow can't believe that's the same frame! you have done a great job! are you going to put Vs on it too?

How long will it stay shiny? Be careful though, you know the only thing stopping the tubes being transparent was the paint ;)
Hi all I need to make room for the new bob Jackson see link and so I am selling my old Canondale track frame.
When I first bought it I was running it as a single speed and so the frame and forks are drilled for brakes (not included at the moment) although I no longer have a freewheel on as I have been riding it as fixed for a while now with a front brake (I have taken the front brake off and put it on the Bob which is why it is not in the pics). Frame size is 56cm from the centre of the bottom Bracket to top of the top tube and the top of the top tube is 83cm from the floor.
At the moment I am looking to sell it as a complete bike (no front brake) and am looking for £400. If anyone is interested in the brakes and levers let me know and I'll work out how much I want for them, or you can make me an offer.
The observant ones on here, Tomasito and Hacked, will notice I have matched the chain to the not only to the handle bars but to the frame as well so I should get top dorras :) for it!
Here are loads of pics so you can see all the bits and bobs. If you have any questions please ask and I'll do my best to answer them. I work in London Bridge and live in SW London if you want to come and have a look you know where I am.
Cheers
Ricky

The brakes and levers are for sale separately, and yes I know I have wood worm!
Sorry I know there are loads of pics but a picture paints ....
