I was hoping that people wouldn't ask the time. ;-)
In total it was 6 hours from home to Cambridge station, with a 45 minute lunch break and about 45 minutes of other stops for directions, waiting for friends (who joined me at Bishop's Stortford) to catch up, that kind of thing.
@ Kowalski, yup it was 62 miles.
Quite a dismal average speed, really.
