Seriously? Nah man, I went back and fitted the SLR I bought a while ago expecting to replace it. It's so much better for ME.
I rode over 200k yesterday and everything hurts, but not my bum.
That stupid single bolt post that I've fscked up somehow let the saddle slide all the way back so now my knees and back are fscked. Not happy. -

Selling my fixed project here in Swansea. It's been nothing but fun for me, and it rides lovely. Problems with my health force the sale. I was suppossed to stay in Swansea for a full year, but might have to go home at Easter time due to medical complications. Im taking offers on it now.
52.5cm Road frame. Unidentified frame make. Had a 531 Reynolds sticker on it. Shit paint, so started to grind off, figured i would leave it looking ratty so no one nicks it! Tight but faily relaxed geometry. Matching fork.
Old school steel track drops and 100mm Stem. Also including a flat bar and 90mm stem/ BMX grips.
Campagnolo Chorus Headset.
Campagnolo Veloce BB (was NOS)
Shimano 600 Cranks, 165mm.
Sram Chain
Campagnolo 42t chainring, Shimano 42t Chinring as well
Mavic Open Pro rims, Double Butted American Classic spokes, Campagnolo Road front Hub, Ambrosia rear. 15t Dura ace cog/ring. 28c tires on it now, can throw in some smaller ones as well if you wish.
Brooks Saddle (worn in SO well)
Shimano 105 track pedals (switched out the MKS)This bike is definately unique. Im a bike mechanic, and it runs smoothly. I have used it out here for the past six months and i have kept it in great shape. I built this bike as a bike i could leave outside without someone wanting it. People overlook that it has the open pro wheels and the Campagnolo parts. The essential parts for a solid bike (wheels and drivetrain) are of great quality and the frame/fork is made out of nice steel. The seat has been broken in over the last twenty or so years, and is so comfy. This bike has been my pride and joy and i have dearly admired it. I hope someone else will see potential and either fix her up, or just ride the hell out of it. I just want someone that genuinely likes bikes to get it.
Get me some offers. It would be easiest if you could collect, but will ship if buyer pays shipping costs.
i can get more photos, but this is essentially the bike, minus the fender and it now has 105 pedals.
ah right, ok.
still a bit confused by all this fixed malarkey.
a suicide hub sounds fun though!
