Sorry, I think it's sold. The guy is on the way from New Zealand..................
If anyone has a CHEAP track frame 20 - 23" they want a home for, I am now looking for something to build up into a roller bike for the garage. Sold 2 buy 1. At least it's a step in the right direction. -

Right that's probably gone. The clearout is almost complete. Just this to go;

Sport Bike 22.5" Frame. Brooks B15 narrow saddle and origional Blumel lightweight mudguards. Cinelli bars and GB alloy stem. Chrome chainset, very usable.

Flash - what is the standover measurement? I have a 32" inside leg so from what you're saying it should fit me, but normally a 23" frame would be way too big...
